摘要
在“新工科”与“新时代”双重背景下,哈尔滨商业大学能源与动力工程专业在教育教学改革中提出并完善了基于“时代价值引领”和“产业需求引导”,融合“全球视野培育”“实践能力提升”和“交叉创新培育”的“五维全面发展”人才培养理念。“五维全面发展”人才培养理念的内涵包括:贯彻融合新时代思想,落实立德树人根本任务;主动契合制冷空调产业转型升级,服务社会经济发展需求;着眼全球制冷空调产业布局,构建具有国际视野的人才培养理念;强化复杂工程技术实践能力提升,持续改进实践能力培养体系;发挥工程科技创新和产业创新主体作用,强化交叉创新能力培养。
Under the dual background of “new engineering” and “new era”, Energy and Power Engineering major of Harbin University of Commerce has put forward and improved the education reform based on “value guidance of Socialist thought for a New Era” and “industrial demand guidance”. The talent cultivation concept of “Five-Dimensional Comprehensive Development System(FDCDS)” is integrated with “cultivation of global vision”, “practical ability improvement” and “cross-innovation cultivation”. The connotation of the talent cultivation concept of “FDCDS” includes: implementing and integrating the thought of the new era, carrying out the fundamental task of moral education;actively fitting the transformation and upgrading of refrigeration and air conditioning industry to serve the needs of social and economic development;focusing on the layout of global refrigeration and air conditioning industry to build a talent cultivation concept with the international vision;strengthening the improvement of practical ability of complex engineering technology and continuously improving the cultivation system of practical ability;playing the main role of engineering scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation and strengthening the cultivation of cross-innovation ability.
