摘要
目的探讨卡贝缩宫素联合肌瘤螺钻在经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术中的疗效。方法回顾2019年1月至2021年6月收治的90例子宫肌瘤病例,其中30例同时使用卡贝缩宫素和肌瘤螺钻(观察组),30例仅使用普通缩宫素(对照组1),30例仅使用卡贝缩宫素(对照组2)。分别对3组的临床资料进行比较分析。结果观察组平均手术时间(45 min)较对照组1(92 min)、对照组2(65 min)明显缩短(P<0.05),观察组术中平均出血量(20 ml)明显少于对照组1(120 ml)、对照组2(50 ml)(P<0.05),观察组术后平均盆腔引流量(15 ml)明显少于对照组1(100 ml)、对照组2(40 ml)(P<0.05),观察组平均住院天数(6.0 d)较对照组1(9.5 d)、对照组2(8.0 d)明显缩短(P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率(3.33%)明显少于对照组1(16%)、对照组2(10%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡贝缩宫素联合应用肌瘤螺钻在经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术中可以明显减少术中及术后出血量,缩短手术时间及住院时间,降低术后并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of Carbetocin combined with fibroid auger in transvaginal myomectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the stud,who were randomly divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by Carbetocin combined with fibroid auger,however,those in control group 1 were treated by common oxytocin only,and those in control group 2 were treated by simple Carbetocin.The clinical data were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The average operation time(45min)in observation group was significantly shorter than that(92min)in control group 1 and that(65min)in control group 2,and the average intraoperative blood loss(20ml)in observation group was significantly less than that(120ml)in control group 1 and that(50ml)in control group 2(P<0.05).The average postoperative pelvic drainage flow(15ml)in observation group was significantly less than that(100ml)in control group 1 and that(40ml)in control group 2,and the average hospitalization days in observation group were 6.0 days,which were significantly shorter those(9.5 days)in control group 1 and those(8.0 days)in control group 2(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that(16%)in control group 1 and that(10%)in control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Carbetocin combined with fibroid auger in transvaginal myomectomy can significantly reduce intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
