摘要
目的研讨欣母沛与米索前列醇对产妇产后出血的治疗效果。方法以2017年8月至2019年8月在我院分娩的100例产后出血产妇为例,按1:1比例随机纳入两组,在缩宫素用药的基础上,A组(n=50)给予米索前列醇治疗,B组(n=50)给予欣母沛治疗,比较两组产后出血的控制情况。结果B组产妇的治疗总有效率为96.00%,较A组治疗总有效率80.00%提高更明显,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比A组,B组产妇的产时出血量、产后2 h出血量及产后24 h出血量减少均更显著,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素+欣母沛方案对产妇产后出血的控制效果更理想,优于缩宫素+米索前列醇方案,值得推荐。
Objective To study the effect of Hemabate and Misoprostol on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods One hundred cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly included into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.On the basis of Oxytocin,group A(n=50)was treated with Misoprostol,group B(n=50)was treated with Hemabate,and the control of postpartum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group B was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of group A(80.00%)(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the amount of bleeding during delivery,2 hours after delivery and 24 hours after delivery decreased significantly in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin+Hemabate is better than Oxytocin+Misoprostol in the control of postpartum hemorrhage.It’s worth recommending.
