摘要
全面推进乡村振兴与大学生返乡创业具有高度的耦合关系。根据对苏北地区大学生返乡创业的社会调查和数据分析,当前大学生返乡创业的影响因素主要包括大学生创业素质有待提高、返乡创业资金不足、政府支持政策未能充分发挥作用、高校创业教育效果有待提高等。基于此,高校应不断提升大学生返乡创业的综合素质,社会要加大支持大学生返乡创业的条件,政府继续完善大学生返乡创业的制度保障体系,从而大力营造大学生返乡创业的社会环境。
There is a high coupling relationship between comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and returning home entrepreneurship of college students.Through the social investigation and data analysis of college students′returning home entrepreneurship in northern Jiangsu,the current influencing factors of college students′returning home entrepreneurship mainly include:college students′entrepreneurship quality needs to be improved,insufficient funds for returning home entrepreneurship,government support policies fail to play a full role,the effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is poor,and the society has not formed a good environment.Based on this,measures should be taken from the four levels of college students,colleges and universities,the government and the society to continuously improve the comprehensive quality of college students′returning home entrepreneurship,continuously optimize the education support system for college students′returning home entrepreneurship,systematically improve the system guarantee system for college students′returning home entrepreneurship,and vigorously create a social environment for college students′returning home entrepreneurship.
