摘要
本文探讨大学生个体背景、创业态度、环境影响、创业心理品质等方面对其创业倾向的影响。实证调查发现,创业倾向受个体的背景(性别、创业培训经历、有无经营经历)的影响,而在年级、是否独生子女上的差异并不显著;多元回归分析表明创业态度、环境影响、冒险倾向创业心理品质变量对创业倾向具有较强的预测力。
The paper discusses the aspects of individual background, entrepreneurial attitudes, environmental impact, en- trepreneurial psychological quality whose influence on college student＇s entrepreneurial tendency. The result finds that en- trepreneurial tendency is influenced by individual background ence）, while there＇s no significant influence by the grade and （gender, entrepreneurship training experience, business experi- only-child or not; multiple regression analysis shows that en- trepreneurial attitudes, environmental impact, and risk-taking entrepreneurial psychological quality variables have strong predic- tive power for entrepreneurial tendency.
