摘要
本文以十二-十四醇和烯丙基缩水甘油醚通过开环反应制得1-十二十四醇-2-烯丙氧基-3-羟基丙烷(RA),通过单因素正交试验得到最佳反应条件;后进行环氧乙烷加成得到1-烯丙氧基-3-十二-十四醇-2-羟丙聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10)(RAEO),即为非离子乳化剂;最后和氨基磺酸反应制得1-烯丙氧基-3-十二-十四醇-2-羟丙聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐(EO=10)(RAEOSN),通过正交实验得到最佳的反应条件。对比RAEOSN和RAEO的性能得到:RAEOSN的临界胶束浓度为1×10^(-4)g/mL,此时的表面张力为29.95 mN/m, RAEOSN制备的乳液的粒径为135.2 nm, PDI为0.059,吸水率为0.053%,zeta电位的绝对值基本大于50 mV,性能优异。同时对比了RAEOSN和市场常用的A-102,结果表明:RAEOSN制备的涂料的耐水性、展色性等外墙应用性能均比A-102优越。
The reactive emulsifier has a positive effect on the film formation of the emulsion,and the reactive emulsifier on the market has a single effect and needs to be compounded.An excellent reactive emulsifier with controllable molecular weight and combining the advantages of anionic and nonionic were synthesized.In this paper,RA is prepared by ring-opening reaction of dodecyl-tetradecanol and allyl glycidyl ether,and the best reaction conditions are obtained by single factor orthogonal test;then RAEO is obtained by addition of ethylene oxide,which is non-ionic emulsification.Reagent;finally react with sulfamic acid to prepare RAEOSN,and get the best reaction conditions through orthogonal experiment.Comparing the performance of RAEOSN and RAEO,we get:the critical micelle concentration of RAEOSN is 1×10^(-4) g/mL,the surface tension at this time is 29.95 mN/m,the particle size of the emulsion prepared by RAEOSN is 135.2 nm,and the PDI is 0.059.The water absorption rate is 0.053%,the absolute value of the zeta potential is basically greater than 50 mV,and the performance is excellent.At the same time,the RAEOSN and the commonly used A-102 in the market are compared,and the results show that the water resistance and color development of the coatings prepared by RAEOSN are superior to A-102.
