摘要
使用烯丙基羟烷基磺酸钠作为可聚合乳化剂,改性合成了弹性丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了它对乳化剂的最低用量和乳胶粒粒径的影响,探讨了乳胶粒粒径变化的机理。研究结果表明:烯丙基羟烷基磺酸钠的使用提高了乳液的稳定性,降低了乳化剂的最低用量;随着其用量的提高,乳胶粒的粒径变大,由原来的低于50nm最终提高到670nm,从而使乳液的蓝色散射光泽变弱,当其用量达到0.73%时蓝色光泽消失。
Sodium allyl hydroxyalkyl sulphonate(SAHS) was used as reactive surfactant to modify the polymerization ofelastic acrylic emulsion. Influence of SAHS on minimum content of surfactants and particle size of emulsion was studied andmechanism of change of particle size discussed. Testing results showed that stability of emulsion was improved andminimum content of surfactants reduced with the use of SAHS. With increase of SAHS content, Particle size of emulsionincreased from the original less than 50nm to 670nm, thus weakening the blue diffuse gloss of emulsion which faded awaywhen content of SAHS reached 0.73%.
