摘要
丙烯酸聚醚酯乳化剂是一种性能优良的反应型乳化剂,可以提高乳液聚合的稳定性,有着广阔的应用前景。本文探索了新的合成路线,以聚乙二醇丁基缩水甘油醚和α-甲基丙烯酸为原料,四正丁基溴化铵为催化剂,合成了反应型非离子丙烯酸聚醚酯乳化剂。通过对产物酸值的测定计算出反应的转化率,用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物结构进行了表征。通过单因素实验及正交实验,确定较优反应条件并测定了产物的亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)、表面张力和临界胶束浓度。用自制的丙烯酸聚醚酯乳化剂代替部分原乳化剂,制得粒径分布更窄的纯丙、苯丙和热转移热熔胶乳液。
Polyether acrylic ester emulsifier is an excellent reactive emulsifier with bright future application, which can improve the stability of the emulsion polymerization. This article explores the new synthetic route, which uses polyethylene glycol butyl glycidyl ether and meth- ylacrylic acid as raw materials, tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as catalyst, to prepare a reactive nonionic polyether acrylic ester emulsifier. Based on the measurement of the product's acid val- ue, the reaction conversion rate is calculated. Meanwhile, the product structure is characterized by IR and H-NMR. The optimal reaction conditions are determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The HLB value, surface tension and critical mi- celle concentration of the product are measured. Self-made polyether acrylic ester emulsifiers can substitute part of the original emulsifier to prepare acrylic, styrene-acrylic and heat trans- fer hot melt adhesive emulsion showing narrower particle size distribution.
