摘要
目的:探究职业获益感在网约护士心理资本与职业认同之间的中介作用。方法:采用一般资料调查表、护士心理资本问卷、护士职业获益感问卷、护士职业认同评定量表对潍坊市188名网约护士进行调查。结果:网约护士心理资本、职业获益感和职业认同得分分别为96.56±8.99分、138.77±10.07分和115.82±13.20分;网约护士职业认同与心理资本(r=0.605,P<0.01)、职业获益感(r=0.543,P<0.01)均呈正相关。职业获益感在心理资本与职业认同间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的27.6%。结论:心理资本既可直接影响网约护士职业认同水平,又可通过职业获益感间接影响职业认同水平。
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of perceived professional benefits between psychological capital and professional identity in online appointment nurses.Methods:A total of 188 online appointment nurses in Weifang were investigated by the general information questionnaire,Nurse Psychological Capital Questionnaire,Nurses’Perceived Professional Benefits Scale and Nurse Professional Identity Rating Scale.Results:The scores of psychological capital,perceived professional benefits and professional identity of online appointment nurses were(96.56±8.99),(138.77±10.07)and(115.82±13.20)respectively;The professional identity of online appointment nurses was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.605,P<0.01)and perceived professional benefits(r=0.543,P<0.01).The sense of perceived professional benefits played a partial mediating role between psychological capital and professional identity,and the mediating effect accounted for 27.6%of the total effect.Conclusion:Psychological capital can not only directly affect the professional identity level of online appointment nurses,but also indirectly affect the professional identity level through the sense of perceived professional benefits.
