摘要
目的:探讨临床护士职业幸福感、职业认同和职业承诺的状况及其关系。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年3月济宁某3所市级综合医院从事临床护理工作的500名一线护士为研究对象,均为女性,采用职业幸福感量表、护士职业认同评定量表和护士职业承诺量表对500名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:临床护士职业幸福感量表、护士职业认同评定量表和护士职业承诺量表得分分别为(74.83±7.46)分、(104.77±17.38)分、(79.43±8.53)分。相关分析显示,职业幸福感、职业认同与职业承诺均两两相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结构方程模型显示,职业幸福感在职业认同、职业承诺与之间的中介效应为0.238,占总效应31.9%。结论:临床护士的职业幸福感、职业认同及职业承诺均处于较低水平,分析三者的关系认为,职业幸福感属于职业认同及职业承诺预测评估因素,并在两者之间起到一定的中介作用。
Objective:To discuss the status and relationship of occupational happiness,occupational identity and occupational commitment of clinical nurses.Methods:A total of 500 frontline nurses engaged in clinical nursing work in 3 municipal general hospitals in Jining from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,who were all women.The 500 clinical nurses were surveyed by the occupational happiness scale,nurse occupational identity rating scale and nurse occupational commitment scale.Results:The scores of clinical nurses in nurse occupational happiness scale,nurse occupational identity rating scale and nurse occupational commitment scale were(74.83±7.46)points,(104.77±17.38)points,and(79.43±8.53)points,respectively.Correlation analysis shows that occupational happiness,occupational identity and occupational commitment were related between any two,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);structural equation model showed that,the intermediary effect of the occupational happiness between the occupational identity and the occupational commitment was 0.238,accounting for 31.9%of the total effect.Conclusion:The occupational identity,occupational commitment and occupational happiness of clinical nurses are relative low.Considering their relationship,occupational happiness belongs to the occupational identity and occupational commitment evaluation factor and plays an intermediary role between the two.
