摘要
目的:探讨交互分析模式的团体教育在老年支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)慢性持续期患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取福建医科大学附属第一医院2021年1-12月91例老年BA慢性持续期患者进行研究,按照入院顺序分组,对照组45例采取常规健康教育,观察组46例在常规健康教育模式基础上采用交互分析模式的团体教育。比较两组干预前后自护能力、社会支持水平、遵医行为、应对方式。结果:干预后观察组自我概念、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、健康知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组社会支持水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组遵医率为93.48%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);干预后观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:交互分析模式的团体教育可强化老年BA慢性持续期患者的自护能力,提升其社会支持水平,同时能改善患者的遵医行为,促使患者积极面对疾病和生活。
Objective:To explore the effect of group education based on interactive analysis model in elderly patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma(BA).Method:A total of 91 elderly patients with chronic persistent BA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to December 2021 were retrospectively selected for study.They were divided into groups according to the admission order,45 cases in the control group received routine health education,and on the basic of the routine health education of the control group,46 cases in the observation group received group education based on interactive analysis mode.The self-care ability,social support level,medical compliance behavior and coping style of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Result:After the intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care skills,self-care responsibility and health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the level of social support in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the medical compliance rate in the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group education based on interactive analysis model can strengthen the self-care ability of elderly patients with chronic persistent BA,improve the social support level,improve the medical compliance behavior,and encourage patients to face disease and life actively.
