摘要
为了推动标准化技术人员能力专业化进程,本文引入层次分析法尝试构建标准化技术人员能力测评各指标及权重模型,建立了新的标准化技术人员能力测评模式,可以为标准化技术人员能力评估提供科学的参考依据及对策性建议,为标准化技术人员的管理、培养、能力提升等多方面提供可操作的技术支撑,也作为人才队伍检验激励的一种机制,对于我国标准化专业技术领域人才培养和人才队伍扩充意义深远。
In order to promote the specialization process of the ability of standardized technicians,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process to try to build the indexes and weight models of the ability evaluation of standardized technicians,and establishes a new ability evaluation model of standardized technicians,which can provide scientific reference and Countermeasures for the ability evaluation of standardized technicians,and provide scientific reference and suggestions for the management,training Ability improvement and other aspects provide operable technical support,which is also a mechanism for talent team inspection and incentive,and has far-reaching significance for talent training and talent team expansion in China’s standardization professional and technical field.
