基于熵权TOPSIS法和灰色关联度的航天型号项目管理成熟度评价 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前航天型号项目管理成熟度评价研究不足的问题,建立熵权TOPSIS法和灰色关联度的评价模型。首先根据航天型号项目管理成熟度评价指标体系,采取熵权法得到各指标权重,其次建立TOPSIS法和灰色关联度相结合的评价模型计算各待评价航天型号项目的相对贴近度,根据贴近度的大小对待评价的航天型号项目排序,并对评价结果进行讨论分析。结果表明:该模型是一种合理有效的评价模型,不仅可以进行整体评价,还可以反映各被评价航天型号项目内部要素变化程度与理想方案之间的差距,对以后新实施的航天型号项目具有十分现实的指导意义。 To solve problem of the insufficient research on evaluation of space model project management maturity degree,the evaluation model of entropy weight TOPSIS method and grey relational grade method is established.Firstly,the entropy weight method is used to obtain the weight of each index according to the evaluation of maturity degree index system.Secondly,the evaluation model of entropy weight TOPSIS method and grey correlation degree method is established to calculate the relative similarity degree of the space model project.On the basis of the relative similarity degree,the space model projects to be evaluated are ranked,and the evaluation results are discussed and analyzed.The results show that this model is a reasonable and effective evaluation model.It can not only make an overall evaluation,but also can reflect the differences between the internal factors and the ideal scheme of the space model projects,which has practical guiding significance for the forthcoming space model project.
