摘要
笑气的滥用会带来潜在的神经毒性,可引起相应的周围神经脱髓鞘及(或)神经轴索受损,以肢体痿软无力、麻木、不能自由活动、日久可见肌肉萎缩或瘫痪为主要临床表现。目前,西医认为笑气滥用所致周围神经损害主要与维生素B_(12)代谢障碍有关,以补充足量的维生素B_(12)为主要治疗手段。本研究认为本病属于“痿证”的范畴,其病机为热毒袭肺导致肺热叶焦,进而引起肌肤枯萎,四肢无力,甚至废而不用,治法应以清燥润肺、益气养阴、濡养筋脉为主,采用清燥救肺汤加减,同时配合针灸治疗,可取得很好的疗效。
The abuse of nitrous oxide(laughing gas)can bring potential neurotoxicity and cause the corresponding peripheral nerve demyelination and/or nerve axon damage.The main clinical manifestations are weakness and numbness of the limbs,inability to move freely,and muscle atrophy or paralysis that can be seen over time.At present,Western medicine believes that peripheral nerve damage caused by nitrous oxide abuse is mainly related to vitamin B_(12) metabolism disorder,and supplementing sufficient vitamin B_(12) is the main treatment.This study believes that the disease belongs to the category of“flaccidity syndrome”.Its pathogenesis is that heat toxins invade the lungs and cause fragility and withering of the skin and hair,weakness of the limbs,and even uselessness.The treatment method should be based on clearing dryness and moisturizing the lungs,replenishing qi and nourishing yin,and nourishing the muscles and veins by the addition and subtraction of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction together with acupuncture and moxibustion.
