摘要
目的建立对中毒者血液中一氧化二氮快速、准确的定性定量检验方法。方法取0.5 mL血,置于10 mL顶空瓶中,加0.5 mL水稀释,加入内标二氯甲烷1μL,封口,60℃水浴加热20 min,抽取250μL上层气体进气相色谱-介质阻挡放电氦等离子体检测器(GC-BID)分析。结果一氧化二氮在血液饱和溶解度的2%~100%范围内线性关系良好,检出限为血液饱和溶解度的1%。结论本方法快速、准确、有效,可用于血中一氧化二氮的定性定量分析。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate qualitative and quantitative testing method for nitrous oxide in the blood of poisoned patients.Methods Take 0.5 mL of blood and transfer it to a 10 mL headspace bottle.Add 0.5 mL of water for dilution and introduce 1μL of dichloromethane as the internal standard.Seal the bottle and heat it in 60℃water bath for 20 min.Extract 250μL of the upper gas and analyze it using gas chromatography-dielectric barrier discharge ionization detector(GC-BID).Results The linearity of nitrous oxide is good in the range of 2%~100%of the saturated solubility of blood,with the detection limit of 1%of the saturated solubility of blood.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate and efficient,enabling both qualitative and quantitative analysis of nitrous oxide in blood.
