邻氯苯基环戊酮合成工艺中相关物质的定性定量检验方法

摘要 目的建立邻氯苯基环戊酮及合成工艺中的10种相关化合物的定性检验方法及邻氯苯基环戊酮的定量检验方法。方法样品经液液提取,通过气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)进行定性检验,通过气相色谱法(GC-MS)进行单点外标法、外标工作曲线法定量检验。结果通过实验,确定检验样品中的提取溶剂、提取方式、分析条件等参数,10种物质得到快速筛选、准确定性;邻氯苯基环戊酮在一定浓度范围线性关系良好。结论本方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、避免样品分解,适用于制毒现场检材的10种目标物质的检测。 Objective To establish the qualitative test method of 10 related substances in the synthesis of o-Chlorophenyl cyclopentyl ketone scene and the quantitative test method of o-Chlorophenyl cyclopentyl ketone.Methods The samples were extracted by liquid-liquid,qualitative analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),quantitative analyzed by single point external standard method and external standard working curve method of gas chromatography(GC-MS).Results Through experiments,the extraction solvent,extraction method,analysis conditions and other parameters were determined.The 10 substances were screened quickly and identified accurately.o-Chlorophenyl cyclopentyl ketone showed a good linear relationship in a certain concentration range.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and avoids sample decomposition.It is suitable for the detection of 10 target substances in the on-site samples of drug production.
