摘要
建立一种用电子捕获检测器气相色谱法测定空气和汽车尾气中氧化亚氮含量的方法。通过选择性条件试验,确定了用GC-ECD气相色谱法测定空气及汽车尾气中氧化亚氮含量的最佳条件:进样口温度为50℃,检测器为电子捕获检测器,填充柱GDX-502,载气为高纯氮,流速为15 m L/min。该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度。其相对误差为0.24%,相对标准偏差为0.36%(n=6),适用于空气和汽车尾气中氧化亚氮的定性定量分析。
The method of gas chromatography-electron capture detection was developed for the determination of Oxygen Nitrous Oxide in air and automobile exhaust. The optimum conditions of chromatography were chosen by a lot of tests. The temperature of inlet was 50 ℃,which the detector was ECD. The best column was GDX-502. The flow of carrier gas N_2 was 15 m L/min. This method was highly accurate and sensitivity. The relative errors were 0. 24%. The relative standard deviations were 0. 36%( n = 6). It is suitable for the determination of oxygen nitrous in air and automobile exhaust.
