摘要
目的分析维持性血液透析(MHD)患者死亡有关危险因素。方法回顾性分析2020年1月~2021年4月收治的MHD患者总共120例的临床资料,依据是否出现透析有关死亡划分成死亡组和存活组,观察两组资料差异,将有差异资料代入Logistic回归方程计算,得出MHD患者死亡的危险因素。结果120例MHD患者中死亡共52例纳入死亡组;存活68例纳入存活组。两组年龄、BMI、血红蛋白浓度、透龄、KT/V、干体重是否达标、残肾尿量、起始透析年龄、透析前后血压、透析频率等资料差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归结果发现年龄大、血红蛋白浓度异常、透龄短、起始透析年龄大以及透析频率低是MHD患者死亡的独立危险因素。结论MHD患者死亡的危险因素较多,医护人员制定出相应预防措施,能降低MHD患者的死亡风险。
Objective To analyze the death risk factors of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with MHD from January 2020 to April 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the occurrence of death induced by dialysis,patients were assigned to death group and survival group,observe the differences of data between the two groups,substitute the different data into the logistic regression equation to calculate the risk factors of death in MHD patients.Results Among 120 MHD patients,52 dead cases were included in death group and 68 survived cases in survival group.There were significant differences between two groups about the age,BMI(body mass index),hemoglobin concentrations,duration of dialysis,KT/V,dry weight,residual urine volume,age of starting the dialysis,blood pressure before and after dialysis,and dialysis frequency(P<0.05);Logistic regression equation results indicated that the independent risk factors of death included the old age,abnormal hemoglobin concentrations,short duration of dialysis,old age of starting the dialysis and low dialysis frequency.Conclusion There are multiple death risk factors for MHD patients.Medical staff formulating corresponding preventive measures can reduce the death risk of MHD patients.
