摘要
目的:探讨在放疗肺癌患者的护理中采用循证护理或常规护理的实际效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月湖北省钟祥市人民医院收治的70例放疗肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理。对比两组患者并发症发生率、护理满意度以及负性情绪。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自护能力量表评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于放疗肺癌患者应用循证护理的效果优于常规护理,前者更有利于降低化疗期间的并发症发生率,可提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the actual effect of using evidence-based nursing or routine nursing in the nursing of patients with lung cancer by radiotherapy.Methods:Seventy patients with lung cancer treated with radiotherapy in Zhongxiang People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction and negative emotion of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care ability scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing is better than routine nursing for patients with lung cancer after radiotherapy.The former is more conducive to reducing the incidence of complications during chemotherapy and improving patient's nursing satisfaction.
