摘要
目的 探讨循证护理对肺癌放化疗患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2017年5月至2018年5月我院收治的肺癌放化疗患者80例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取循证护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、生活质量。结果 观察组患者治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在肺癌放化疗患者中应用循证护理,可以改善其治疗依从性,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients who underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with lung cancer who underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while based on the treatment of the control group, the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The treatment compliance in the observation group was superior than that in the control group( P <0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients who underwent chemotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer can improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.
