摘要
目的:系统评价循证护理联合临床护理路径在儿童糖尿病护理应用中的有效性和优越性。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、Pubmed数据库、维普数据库、Web of Science以及ScienceDirect六大数据库从2010年10月~2018年10月发表的关于循证护理联合临床护理路径对儿童糖尿病护理的随机对照试验文献,利用Reviewer Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:8篇随机对照试验文献入选,干预组和对照组的护理措施有效率(RR=1.29,95%CI[1.15,1.44],P<0.0001)和家长护理满意率方面(RR=1.26,95%CI[1.07,1.47],P=0.005)均存在统计学意义;不良事件发生率(RR=0.26,95%CI[0.09,0.74],P=0.01)也存在统计学差异。结论:有限的证据表明循证护理联合临床护理路径明显优于其他护理方式,但由于纳入的研究质量普遍不高且结果存在较大偏倚,所以尚需更多设计良好、规模更大的多中心随机对照实验研究加以验证。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and superiority of Evidence—based nursing combined with Clinical Nursing Pathway in treating children with diabetes.Method The six major databases including China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Pubmed Database,VIP Database,Web of Science,and ScienceDirect were searched by computer,and the randomized controlled trials of Evidence—based nursing combined with Clinical Nursing Pathway for interfere of children with diabetes from October 2010 to the public publication in October 2018 were collected and Meta analysis was made using Reviewer Manager 5.3 software.Results Altogether eight papers of randomized controlled clinical studies were enrolled.The difference of effective rate(RR=1.29,95%CI[1.15,1.44],P<0.0001)and nursing satisfaction(RR=1.26,95%CI[1.07,1.47],P=0.005)between the experimental group and the control were statistically significant.Difference were also found in adverse event rate(RR=0.26,95%CI[0.09,0.74],P=0.01)of children with diabetes.Conclusion Limited evidence showed that the effect of Evidence—based nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway on children with diabetes is more significant than that of other therapies,but due to the low quality of the enrolled studies and the results were more biased,so more well-designed and large-scale multi-center randomized controlled trial studies are needed to be verified.
