摘要
本试验旨在研究菌酶联用制剂对滩羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、瘤胃发酵参数及血清生化指标的影响。选用4月龄左右、体重[(19.12±1.83)kg]相近的健康去势滩羔羊48只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羊。各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%的菌酶联用制剂(酵母菌1.0×10^(10)CFU/g、纤维素酶10000 IU/g、木聚糖酶1000 IU/g和甘露聚糖酶600 IU/g)。预试期14 d,正试期134 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%菌酶联用制剂显著增加了滩羊平均日采食量和终末体重(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.10%和0.15%菌酶联用制剂显著增加了滩羊平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%菌酶联用制剂显著增加了饲粮干物质、有机物、中性洗涤纤维表观消化率(P<0.05),饲粮中添加0.10%和0.15%菌酶联用制剂显著增加了饲粮粗蛋白质表观消化率(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%菌酶联用制剂极显著增加了瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸和丙酸含量(P<0.01),显著增加了瘤胃液戊酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低了瘤胃液氨态氮含量和乙酸/丙酸(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.10%和0.15%菌酶联用制剂显著增加了瘤胃液丁酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低了瘤胃液异戊酸含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%菌酶联用制剂显著增加了血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和免疫球蛋白G含量(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.10%和0.15%菌酶联用制剂显著降低了血清尿素氮和肌酐含量(P<0.05),显著增加了血清葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量(P<0.05),极显著增加了血清免疫球蛋白M含量(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮中添加菌酶联用制剂能够提高滩羊饲粮养分表观消化率,改善瘤胃发酵参数和血清生化指标,进而改善滩羊生长性能,菌酶联用制剂添加量以0.10%为宜。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of bacteria-enzyme combined preparation on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,rumen fermentation parameters and serum biochemical indexes of Tan sheep.Forty-eight 4-month-old healthy castrated beach lambs with similar body weight[(19.12±1.83)kg]were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 4 lambs in each replicate.Sheep in 4 groups were fed basal diets supplemented 0(control group),0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%bacteriaenzyme combined preparation(active yeast 1.0×10^(10)CFU/g,cellulase 10000 IU/g,xylanase 1000 IU/g and mannanase 600 IU/g),respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 14 days,and the experimental period lasted for 134 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary supplemented 0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%bacteria-enzyme combined preparation significantly increased the final body weight and average daily feed intake of Tan sheep(P<0.05);dietary supplemented 0.10%and 0.15%bacteria-enzyme combined preparation significantly increased the average daily gain of Tan sheep(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented 0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%bacteria-enzyme combined preparation significantly increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter and neutral detergent fiber in diet(P<0.05),dietary supplemented 0.10%and 0.15%bacteria-enzyme combined preparation significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein in diet(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented 0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%bacteria-enzyme combined preparation significantly increased the contents of volatile fatty acids,acetic acid and propionic acid in rumen fluid(P<0.01),significantly increased the rumen fluid valeric acid content(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the ammonia nitrogen content and acetic acid/propionic acid in rumen fluid(P<0.05);dietary supplemented 0.10%and 0.15%bacteria-enzyme combined preparation signific
