摘要
用全收粪法对育肥羯羊进行了添加复合酶的消化试验。结果表明：添加05％复合酶的试验组对粗蛋向质、粗脂肪、粗纤维和无氮浸出物的消化率分别比对照组提高了3．24％、1．52％、15．5％和5．04％，其中对粗纤维和无氮浸出物的消化率差异显著（P＜0．05）。
Digestion trial of adding cellulose-degroding enzymes on fattening wethers was carried out by means of collection full excrements analysis method. The results showed that the digestibility of the crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber and N-free eXtract in treatment groups with 0.5 % of cellulose-degrading enzymes increased by 3.24 %, 1.52 %, 15.5 % and 5.04 % respectively, comparing with check group. The digestibility of the crude fiber and the N-free extract had a significant difference (P<0.05).
