日粮添加复合酶制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及养分消化率的影响 被引量:5

Effects of adding complex enzyme preparations to the diet on growth performance,immune function,and nutrient digestibility of weaned piglets

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮中添加复合酶制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及养分消化率的影响。试验选取60头初始体重无显著差异的21日龄仔猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头。各组仔猪分别采用基础日粮+0%、1%、2%、3%复合酶制剂饲喂,并记为CON组、T1组、T2组、T3组,试验为期28 d。结果显示:(1)T2组仔猪15~28 d平均日增重、1~14 d平均日采食量和15~28 d平均日采食量显著高于CON组(P<0.05),CON组仔猪1~14 d料重比显著高于T2组(P<0.05)。(2)T1、T2、T3组仔猪IgG含量均显著高于CON组(P<0.05),T3组仔猪TNF-α和IL-2含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。(3)T2组干物质消化率显著高于CON组(P<0.05),T1、T2、T3组粗蛋白质消化率均显著高于CON组(P<0.05),T2、T3组粗纤维消化率均显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。结论:基础日粮+2%复合酶制剂提高了仔猪生长性能和养分消化率,基础日粮+3%复合酶制剂提高了仔猪的免疫功能。 The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of adding complex enzyme preparations to the diet on the growth performance,immune function,and nutrient digestibility of weaned piglets.Select 6021 day old piglets with no significant difference in initial weight and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 5 piglets in each replicate.Each group of piglets were fed with basic diet+0%,1%,2%,and 3%composite enzyme preparations,and were recorded as CON group,T1 group,T2 group,and T3 group.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain,daily feed intake,and daily feed intake of piglets in the T2 group were significantly higher than those in the CON group(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio of piglets in the CON group was significantly higher than that in the T2 group(P<0.05).(2)The IgG content of piglets in T1 group,T2 group,and T3 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05),and the TNF of piglets in T3 group was significantly higher than that in CON group~αThe content of IL~2 was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.05).(3)The dry matter digestibility of T2 group was significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05),and the crude protein digestibility of T1 group,T2 group,and T3 group was significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05).The crude fiber digestibility of T2 group and T3 group was significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Basic diet+2%composite enzyme preparation improved the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of piglets,while basic diet+3%composite enzyme preparation improved the immune function of piglets.
