摘要
高职院校劳动教育融入创新创业教育是实施国家创新驱动发展战略的时代要求,是培养全面发展创新型技术技能人才的重要举措。从价值维度、时代维度和目标维度探讨劳动教育融入创新创业教育的内生逻辑,审视认识弱化、过程空化、机制僵化等现实瓶颈。因此,要实现高职院校劳动教育有效融入创新创业教育,必须创新行动方略,即:坚持培养创新精神,提升价值育人引领力;构建科学人才培养体系,激发全面发展内生力;搭建融入平台,形成协同育人聚合力。
To integrate labor education into innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is the time requirement to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy, and is an important measure to cultivate all-round development of innovative technical skills talents. From the dimensions of value, era and goal, the endogenous logic of innovation and entrepreneurship education contained in labor education have been probed into and the practical bottlenecks such as weakening understanding, process cavitation and rigid mechanism have been examined. To effectively integrate labor education into innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, innovate action strategies must be carried out: specifically, to adhere to cultivate innovative spirit to improve its leading power in value education, to construct a scientific talent training system to stimulate the endogenous force for all-round development, and to build an integration platform to form a cohesive force for collaborative education.
