摘要
加强社会组织党建工作是促进社会组织健康发展的内在要求,也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。当前,有的社会组织党建工作存在思想认识不到位、管理体制不明确、组织活动缺成效、作用发挥不明显、队伍建设力度小等问题。这些问题的存在既有观念、结构、体制方面的原因,又有环境、资金方面的原因。要通过提升价值认同度、明确功能定位、丰富活动方式、完善制度机制、拓宽资金来源渠道、加强党员队伍建设等措施,切实做好社会组织党建工作。
Strengthening Party building in social organizations is not only the internal requirement to promote the healthy development of social organizations,but also an inevitable requirement to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.At present,there are some problems in the Party building work of some social organizations,such as inadequate ideological understanding,unclear management system,lack of effectiveness in organizational activities,unclear role play,and small team building efforts.The existence of these problems is closely related to the concept,structure,system,environment,funds and other factors.It is necessary to do a good job in Party building in social organizations through measures such as enhancing the value identification,clarifying the functional positioning,enriching Party building activities,improving the system and mechanism,broadening the channels of funding sources,and strengthening the construction of the ranks of Party members.
