摘要
高师教学提质行动是为实现师范生全面发展而进行的教学改进升级活动,是在特定的“场域”中进行的主动自觉的交往活动,其目的指向基础教育实践品质的持续提升。当前,高师教学行动主要存在“去实践”倾向,不良“场域”制约效应,行动缺乏自觉主动性,缺少合作与互动等突出问题。面向“强师计划”的高师教学提质行动方向是:从“去实践”转向“亲实践”,彰显教师教学行动的清晰目的指向;从受约到赋权,夯实教师的教学行动自主权;倡导反思与创造,在自觉主动中推进教师教学提质行动;注重合作与互动,在平等交往中开展教师教学提质行动。
The action of teaching quality improvement in normal university is an activity of instructional improvement and upgrading to realize the all-round development of normal university students.It is an active and conscious comunication activity situated in a specific “field”,its aim is to continuously improve the practical quality of basic education.At present,there are some prominent problems in the action of higher normal teaching,such as “de-practice” tendency,“bad-field” restriction effect,lack of conscious initiative and cooperation and interaction.The direction of the action of teaching quality improvement for strenthening teachers plan is from “de-practice” turn to “pro-practice” to show the clear purpose of teachers’ teaching actions;from resticted to empowerment to tamp autonomy of teaching action;advocating reflection and creation to promote teachers’ teaching quality improvement action in the initiative;focusing on cooperation and interaction to realize equal communication of teaching action.
