摘要
目的观察磁片贴敷结合针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月—2019年11月针灸门诊部诊治的60例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予普通针刺治疗,观察组给予磁片贴敷结合普通针刺治疗,两组患者急性期内均配合西药口服。共治疗4周,每周3次。对比两组治疗前及治疗后中医证候积分变化、面神经分级2.0评分(FNGS 2.0)的改变情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FNGS 2.0评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组FNGS 2.0评分均较同组治疗前下降(P<0.001),观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医证候总积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者中医证候总积分均较同组治疗前改善(P<0.001),观察组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磁片贴敷结合针刺疗法能有效恢复急性期周围性面瘫患者的面神经功能,改善临床症状,疗效明确。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of application of magnetic tablets combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage.Methods From October 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were diagnosed and treated in acupuncture clinic were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random data table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group were given ordinary acupuncture treatment,and the observation group were given application of magnetic tablets combined with acupuncture,both groups were given oral administration of western medicine during the acute stage of disease.All patients were treated for 4 weeks,3 times a week.And then,the changes of TCM syndrome scores and facial nerve grading system 2.0(FNGS 2.0)scores before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FNGS 2.0 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FNGS 2.0 scores of the two groups decreased while comparing with those before treatment(P<0.001),and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total scores of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups were improved while comparing with those before treatment(P<0.001),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic tablets application combined with acupuncture can effectively restore facial nerve function of patients with peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage,improve clinical symptoms,which has definite curative effect.
