摘要
糖尿病及其慢性并发症发病率高,国家经济负担重,严重影响生活质量。微针针刺疗效好、取穴少、痛苦小,便于临床操作,解决了慢性病针刺长期治疗依从性差的问题。我们结合目前微针针刺对糖尿病及其慢性并发症的一些临床资料和研究,总结目前耳针、眼针、腹针、腕踝针等微针的取穴特点及研究成果,并提出微针针刺发展的前景和不足。
The incidence rate of diabetes and chronic complications is high,and the economic burden of the country is heavy.This seriously affects the quality of life of the people.Micro acupuncture has the advantages of good curative effect,less acupoint selection and less pain,which is convenient for clinical operation and solves the problem of poor long-term treatment compliance of acupuncture for chronic diseases.Combined with the clinical data and research of micro needle acupuncture on diabetes and chronic complications,we summarized the characteristics and research results of ear acupuncture,eye acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,wrist ankle acupuncture,and put forward the prospects and shortcomings of micro needle acupuncture.
