摘要
目的观察在急性周围性面瘫的治疗过程中应用温针灸的疗效。方法90例急性周围性面瘫患者,以抽签法分为实验组与对照组,各45例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,实验组接受温针灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后的面部神经功能及面部症状评分;社会功能、躯体功能评分;治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组面部神经功能评分均较治疗前升高,面部症状评分均较治疗前降低,且实验组面部神经功能评分(17.43±4.05)分高于对照组的(13.62±3.61)分,面部症状评分(2.31±0.41)分低于对照组的(4.13±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组社会功能、躯体功能评分均高于治疗前,且实验组社会功能评分(14.68±3.06)分、躯体功能评分(23.64±1.62)分均高于对照组的(10.77±3.35)、(19.94±1.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性周围性面瘫的治疗过程中应用温针灸可起到积极作用,能够缓解患者的临床症状,改善其面部神经功能,使其面部残疾程度减轻,值得在临床积极推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of warming needle moxibustion on acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis were divided into experimentalgroup and control group by drawing lots,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group received warming needle moxibustion treatment.The facial nerve function and facial symptom scores before and after treatment,social function,physical function scores,therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the facial nerve function score of the two groups were higher than that of this group before treatment,and the facial symptom scores were lower than that of this group before treatment;the facial nerve function score(17.43±4.05)points of the experimental group was higher than(13.62±3.61)points of the control group,and the facial symptom score(2.31±0.41)points was lower than(4.13±0.62)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the social function and physical function scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment;the social function score(14.68±3.06)points and physical function score(23.64±1.62)points of the experimental group were higher than(10.77±3.35)and(19.94±1.79)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.78%,which was higher than 77.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis can play a positive role in relieving patients’clinical symptoms,improving their facial nerve function,and reducing their facial disability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
