摘要
目的 分析针灸加放血疗法配合康复技术治疗面瘫的效果.方法 在2019年3月—2020年3月纳入该院98例面瘫患者,将掷硬币结果作为依据分组,一般组的49例行西医治疗,研究组的49例行针灸加放血配合康复技术治疗,观察两组面瘫恢复情况及治疗有效率.结果 治疗前,研究组Portmann评分为(3.04±1.27)分,与一般组相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.2582,P=0.7968).治疗后,研究组Portmann评分(19.83±1.76)分高于一般组,且治疗时间(17.22±3.81)d短于一般组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.7039,12.9889,P=0.0000,0.0000).研究组治疗有效率(95.92%)高于一般组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.0178,P=0.0251).两组患者治疗期间均未见显著不良反应.结论 对面瘫患者行针灸加放血疗法配合康复技术治疗,可减轻患者面瘫程度,提升治疗有效率,且治疗时间较短,建议推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy combined with rehabilitation on facial paralysis.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,98 patients with facial paralysiswere enrolled in the hospital.They were divided into two groups by coin tossing method.49 patients in the general group were treated with western medicine,and 49 patients in the research group were treated with acupuncture and bloodletting combined with rehabilitation.The recovery of facial paralysis and the effective rate of treatment in the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,the Portmann score of the study group was(3.04±1.27)points,compared with the general group,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.2582,P=0.7968).After treatment,the Portmann score(19.83±1.76)points of the study group was higher than that of the general group,and the treatment time(17.22±3.81)d was shorter than the general group,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.7039,12.9889,P=0.0000,0.0000).The effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.92%)was higher than that in the general group(81.63%),the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=5.0178,P=0.0251).There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus bloodletting therapy combined with rehabilitation technique can reduce the degree of facial paralysis and improve the effective rate of treatment.
