摘要
目的探讨药品点评管理在医院抗菌药物中的应用及对管理质量的影响。方法选择2019年10月—2020年12月出具的院内抗菌药物处方300张作为对照组,给予传统处方管理模式进行干预;选择2021年1月—2022年1月出具的院内抗菌药物处方300张作为观察组,给予处方点评管理模式进行干预。对管理前后抗菌药物应用情况进行评估,比较抗菌药物不合理使用情况及管理质量。结果管理后,观察组遴选药物不适宜、给药途径不适宜、联合给药不适宜、无适应证用药及给药剂量不适宜等不合理使用情况发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,观察组的安全管理、行政管理与质量管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院抗菌药物应用过程中采取药品点评管理,能够有效改善药物不合理使用情况,同时提高管理质量,降低患者不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the application of drug review management in hospital antibiotics and its impact on management quality.Methods A total of 300 in-hospital antibiotic prescriptions issued from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and the traditional prescription management mode was given for intervention.300 in-hospital antibiotic prescriptions issued from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the prescription review management mode was given for intervention.The application of antibiotics before and after management was evaluated,and the irrational use of antibiotics and the quality of management were compared.Results After the management,the incidence of unreasonable use of the selected drugs,unsuitable route of administration,unsuitable combined administration,unsuitable drug use and unsuitable dosage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the safety management,administrative management and quality management scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug review management during the application of antibiotics in hospitals can effectively improve the irrational use of drugs,improve the quality of management,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
