摘要
目的应用持续质量改进(CQI)的管理理念,探索CQI在医院感染管理中的应用,提高医院感染管理质量。方法将不同层次、不同知识结构的管理者和员工组成若干个医院感染管理CQI项目组;各项目组根据各自的标准、规范进行动态的评估,不断寻求医疗活动中的不良因素,及时发现隐患,确定项目名称、目标、具体实施方案并落实执行,以达到医院感染管理的持续质量改进。结果通过医院感染管理CQI小组的持续监测,不断发现和解决问题,使医院感染质量控制达到一个较好的水平。结论实施医院感染CQI管理,各级管理者在医疗活动中能主动寻找安全隐患并予以解决,强化了各级管理者的质量管理意识和医务人员的参与意识;实施过程管理、环节管理的全方位、全过程管理,使质量标准落实到各级医院感染管理工作中,有效控制了薄弱环节,医院感染质量明显提高。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of continuous quality improvement（CQI） and improve the quality of hospital infection by CQI management ideas during hospital infection management.METHODS A number of managers and staff were composed of management of hospital infection CQI continuous quality improvement project team according to different levels of knowledge structures.The project team was assessed dynamically and constantly according to their standards and specifications to seek medical activities,the adverse factors in the timely detection of problems,and identify the project name,objectives,specific implementation plan and implement to achieve the hospital infection management continuous quality improvement.RESULTS By hospital infection control team CQI,continuous monitoring could continuously identify and solve problems so that the quality of hospital infection control could achieve a better level.CONCLUSION The implementation of continuous quality improvement of hospital infection（CQI） management,managers at all levels can actively seek medical activities and resolve potential safety problems,to strengthen the awareness of quality managers at all levels of management and sense of participation of medical personnel at various levels responsible,responsible and check by layer and layer;to imply process management,link management,comprehensive,full-process management,so that the implementation of quality standards will be applied to hospital infection control at all levels,and effectively control the weak links,significantly improve the quality of hospital infection.
