摘要
质量管理体系的建立是实验室认可的基础。随着实验室内外部环境的不断变化,要求认可实验室必须持续地对质量管理体系进行修订、补充和完善,以提高其运行过程中的效果和效率,从而保证实验室质量目标不断得到改进。而持续改进的本质是要求实验室不断增强其适应变化要求的能力的循环活动,这种循环活动不是无序、随意、周而复止式的,而是有目的、有组织、不断上升的PDCA方式。实验室负责人和员工对持续改进重要性认识程度和所持态度是持续改进工作、深入开展和实施效果的重要因素。
Establishing a quality management system is the basis for the medical laboratory to be accredited.The quality management system requires revising,replenishing,and completing to improve its effect and efficiency during running in the accredited medical laboratories with the condition changing.thereby the quality objective can be kept to be improved.The essence of continuous quality improvement process is a circular activity to strengthen the adaptive competence to the changes in the medical laboratory.The circular activity is not a disordered,optional and unchanged,but apurposeful and organized PDCA modal.Laboratory directors and the stff43 play important role in the continuous quality improvement process in the medical laboratories.
