摘要
目的探讨基于PDCA循环的药学干预指导在降血脂药物合理使用中的临床价值。方法选取2020年2月~2021年2月收治的高血脂患者112例,两组患者均采取降血脂药物治疗,根据随机数表法分为对照组(56例)与研究组(56例),对照组患者予常规干预指导,研究组患者予基于PDCA循环的药学干预指导,连续干预4周,统计两组患者降脂药物合理用药率,记录不良反应发生情况及患者满意度,检测干预前后血脂水平并比较。结果较对照组,研究组患者用法合理、用量合理、用药途径合理、用药不重复率均明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血脂水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后,较对照组,研究组患者HDL-C水平明显更高,TG、TC、LDL-C水平明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者用药总不良反应率明显低于对照组(26.79%vs.7.14%,P<0.05);研究组患者总满意度明显高于对照组(94.64%vs.80.36%,P<0.05)。结论降血脂药物治疗患者采取基于PDCA循环的药学干预指导可促进药物合理使用,保证降血脂效果,同时降低用药不良反应,进而提高患者满意度。
Objective Clinical value of pharmaceutical intervention guidance based on PDCA cycle in the rational use of hypolipidemic drugs.Methods 112 patients with hyperlipidemia treated from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected.The patients in both groups were treated with hypolipidemic drugs.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group(56 cases)and study group(56 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine intervention guidance,and the patients in the study group were given pharmaceutical intervention guidance based on PDCA cycle for 4 weeks.The rational drug use rate of lipid-lowering drugs in the two groups was counted,The occurrence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were recorded,and the blood lipid levels before and after intervention were detected and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had significantly higher rates of reasonable usage,reasonable dosage,reasonable route of medication and non repetition of medication(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of HDL-C in the study group were significantly higher,and the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05);The total adverse reaction rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.79%vs.7.14%,P<0.05);The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.64%vs.80.36%,P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention guidance based on PDCA cycle can promote the rational use of drugs,ensure the effect of reducing blood lipid,reduce adverse drug reactions,and improve patient satisfaction.
