摘要
空气源热泵运行效率受供水温度影响,发展变水温控制对促进空气源热泵高效规模化应用有重要意义。然而,现有空气源热泵供暖项目普遍采用定水温运行,严重影响机组能效,并造成室内温度超调、能耗浪费,其关键问题是建筑负荷及供暖系统性能影响因素复杂,而工程信息有限,制约变水温控制应用。本文以空气源热泵-风机盘管供暖系统为对象,采用供需匹配思想,考虑室外温度和太阳辐射强度对负荷影响,建立最佳供水温度设定点预测模型,在保证室内温度的前提下,尽可能降低供水温度;采用模型辨识方法,基于实际运行数据,利用最小二乘算法滚动辨识模型关键参数,提高了预测模型通用性和准确性;提出适用于工程应用的变水温自适应控制方法,并在北京某办公楼进行应用和测试。实验研究表明,该方法提升了变水温控制准确性,保证了室内温度舒适,并取得良好的节能效果;相比定水温控制方法,低、高负荷典型日系统效率(Coefficient of Performance,COP)提高8.5%~12%,总能耗降低27%~36.1%。本文研究为空气源热泵优化运行提供了一种准确、通用的变水温自适应控制方法,具有很好的节能应用前景。
It is of great significance to develop variable water temperature control for improving the efficient large-scale application of air source heat pumps as the COP of ASHP is affected by the water supply temperature.However,the existing projects commonly adopt constant water temperature control strategy,which severely undermines the energy efficiency of COP.It is difficult to realize the variable water temperature control due to lack of information in engineer and complex system.In this paper,for constant flow air source heat pump and fan coiled unit heating system,the optimal set point prediction model of water supply temperature was built on the principle of supply and demand matching,and considering influence of outdoor temperature and solar radiation on the building thermal load.Based on the least square algorithm,the key parameters of the model were identified by using the data from actual operation,which improved the commonality and accuracy of the model.This adaptive control method of variable water temperature applied to the air source heat pump system was tested in an office building in Beijing.The experimental study shows the method can accurately identify the fan coil heat transfer coefficient based on the actual operating data,and improve the prediction accuracy of building heat load by rolling identification method,which elevates the control performance of variable water temperature control.Compared with the control method of constant water temperature,the system COP increased by 8.5%~12%,and the total energy system consumption reduced by 27%~36.1% at low and high load.In this paper,a versatile and accurate control method of variable water temperature is proposed for optimizing the operation of air source heat pump,which has a good application prospect for energy saving.
