摘要
玻纤拉挤板具有模量高、成本低、产出效率高、产品类型多等优势,能够满足风电行业大叶片降本减重的需求而得到广泛关注。研究了不同模量纱线、不同纤维体积含量、不同类型层间织物和不同表面粗糙度这4种因素对于玻纤拉挤板静态性能的影响,结果表明不同因素对玻纤拉挤板静态性能影响不同。纱线的模量越高或纤维体积含量越高,玻纤拉挤板本体拉伸压缩性能越好;不同类型层间织物对玻纤拉挤板界面之间结合性能影响不大;拉挤板表面粗糙度越高,玻纤拉挤板界面之间结合性越好。对拉挤板性能影响因素进行研究,旨在为今后拉挤板在风电叶片应用提供理论参考依据。
Glass fiber pultruded plate has the advantages of high modulus,low cost,high output efficiency and many types of products,which can meet the needs of cost reduction and weight reduction of large blades in the wind power industry,so it has been widely concerned.The effects of different modulus yarns,different fiber volume content,different types of interlaminar fabrics and different surface roughness on the static properties of glass fiber pultruded plate were studied.The results show that different factors have different effects on the static properties of glass fiber pultruded plate.The higher the modulus of the yarn or the volume content of the fiber,the better the tensile and compressive properties of the glass fiber pultruded plate.Different types of interlaminar fabrics have little effect on the interfacial bonding properties of glass fiber pultruded plate.The higher the surface roughness of the pultruded plate,the better the bonding between the interfaces of the glass fiber pultruded plate.The research on the factors affecting the performance of pultruded plate provides a theoretical reference for the future application of pultruded plate in wind turbine blades.
