摘要
目的分析河源市源城区2014—2020年新生儿出生缺陷发生情况,为科学防控出生缺陷提供参考依据。方法收集2014—2020年源城区二级以上有临床诊断能力的医疗机构报告的新生儿出生缺陷监测资料,采用描述流行病学分析方法进行回顾性分析。结果2014—2020年源城区新生儿出生共98862例,年出生人数呈先上升后下降趋势。出生缺陷儿报告1282例,年平均出生缺陷发生率为129.17/万,年发生率上下波动。缺陷儿性别及产母年龄比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。出生缺陷类别以先天性心脏病及体表畸形为主。结论源城区出生缺陷防控形势依然严峻,应提高婚前孕前医学检查率、做好孕产妇管理、提高产前诊断率、抓好新生儿疾病筛查、加大宣传、完善出生缺陷防控网络,落实三级预防,进一步降低出生缺陷发生率。
Objective To analyze the occurrence of neonatal birth defects in Yuancheng District of Heyuan City from 2014 to 2020,so as to provide reference basis for scientific prevention and control of birth defects.Methods The monitoring data of neonatal birth defects reported by medical institutions with clinical diagnosis ability above gradeⅡin Yuancheng District from 2014 to 2020 were selected and analyzed retrospectively by descriptive epidemiological analysis method.Results From 2014 to 2020,there were 98862 newborns born in Yuancheng District,and the annual number of births increased first and then decreased.1282 cases of birth defects were reported.The annual average incidence of birth defects was 129.17/10000,and the annual incidence fluctuated up and down.There were significant differences in gender and maternal age(P<0.01).The main types of birth defects were congenital heart disease and body surface malformations.Conclusion The situation of birth defect prevention and control in Yuancheng District is still severe.It is necessary to improve the rate of pre-marital medical examination,do a good job in maternal management,improve the rate of prenatal diagnosis,pay attention to neonatal disease screening,increase publicity,improve the birth defect prevention and control network,and implement three-level prevention to further reduce the incidence of birth defects.
