摘要
目的了解佛山市某区2015至2019年的出生缺陷变化趋势及相关因素,探讨出生缺陷在不同街道的分布特征和流行规律,为当地政府制定相关措施以控制当地新生儿出生缺陷发生率。方法对佛山市某区2015至2019年10个镇街的围产儿检测信息进行分析,主要分析数据包括新生儿出生缺陷率、出生缺陷类型占比等。结果2015至2019年佛山市某区围产儿出生缺陷率为325.76/万,整体呈逐年上升趋势。其中2015至2019年年出生缺陷发生率分别为285.45/万、256.02/万、252.30/万、404.22/万、446.42/万。发生出生缺陷的顺位次序大致为先天性心脏病、多指(趾)、唇腭裂、外耳其他畸形。结论2015至2019年新生儿出生缺陷率总体呈上升趋势,先天性心脏病呈上升趋势并且居于出生缺陷类型的首位。
Objective To understand the change trend and related factors of birth defects in district of Foshan from 2015 to 2019,and explore the distribution characteristics and epidemic law of birth defects in different streets,and formulate relevant measures for the local government to control the incidence of local neonatal birth defects.Methods The perinatal detection information of 10 towns and streets in a district of Foshan from 2015 to 2019 was analyzed,and the major analysis data included the rate and the proportion of neonatal birth defects.Results From 2015 to 2019,the birth defect rate of perinatal infants in district of Foshan was 325.76/10000,showing an overall upward trend year by year.The annual incidence of birth defects from 2015 to 2019 were 285.45/10000,256.02/10000,252.30/10000,404.22/10000 and 446.42/10000,respectively.The order of birth defects is congenital heart disease,multiple fingers(toes),cleft lip and palate,external ear and other malformations.Conclusion From 2015 to 2019,the rate of neonatal birth defects showed an upward trend,and congenital heart disease showed an upward trend and ranked first in the type of birth defects.
