摘要
针对带式输送机机架结构设计常常较为粗大,可能造成浪费这一问题,采用零阶优化的方式对机架结构进行优化设计,以机架的重量为目标函数对机架使用的H型钢的尺寸进行优化设计。结果表明,经过优化设计的机架在满足系统应力需求的基础上可使机架质量降低33%,可有效降低机架生产制造的成本。
In view of the problem that the design of the frame structure of belt conveyor is often coarse and wasteful, a zero-order optimization method is used to optimize the design of the frame structure, and the dimensions of the H-beam used in the frame are optimized with the weight of the frame as the objective function. The results show that the optimized design of the frame can reduce the weight of the frame by 33% on the basis of meeting the stress requirements of the system, which can effectively reduce the cost of the manufacture of the frame.
