摘要
自移机尾式带式输送机工作过程中的中间架结构受到的载荷作用复杂,对其结构具有较高的要求。为了保障设备的可靠运行,采用有限元分析的方式,在满载的工况下对中间架的结构进行应力及位移变形的分析。结果表明,中间架结构的应力及位移变形满足系统强度及刚度的使用要求,保证了设备的使用寿命。
The intermediate frame structure of the self-shifting tailing belt conveyor is subjected to complex load effects during operation,which places high demands on its structure.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment,finite element analysis is used to analyse the stress and displacement deformation of the intermediate frame structure under full load conditions.The results show that the stress and displacement deformation of the intermediate frame structure meet the requirements of system strength and stiffness and ensure the service life of the equipment.
