摘要
为进一步探寻煤矿压带式输送机机架的优化路径,本文针对某阶梯状端帮开采矿区的实际需要,仿真分析其应用的大倾角压带式输送机机架的结构性能,首先对该机架进行建模,而后应用ANSYS进行静力学仿真分析,以明确该机架当前存在的不足,并对其给予针对性的优化措施,在此基础上,进一步应用动力学分析方法,分析机架优化后的性能。结果显示,机架优化后具有较优的动力学性能,证明本次研究具有一定的理论和现实意义。
In order to further explore the optimization path of the press belt conveyor frame in coal mine,this paper aiming at the actual needs of a stepped end side mining area,carries on the simulation analysis of the structural performance of the large dip angle press belt conveyor frame.First of all,the frame is modeled,and then the statics simulation analysis is carried out with ANSYS,in order to clarify the current deficiencies of the frame,and to give targeted optimization measures.On this basis,the dynamic analysis method is further applied to analyze the performance of the optimized frame.The results show that the optimized rack has better dynamic performance,proving that this study has certain theoretical and practical significance.
