摘要
利用三维制图软件Pro/E创建带式输送机传动滚筒的三维模型,并应用有限元分析软件Abaqus对其进行静力学分析,得到其受力和变形情况。通过对此传动滚筒的建模、计算和校核,总结出应力、应变的分布规律,并根据计算结果提出了传动滚筒的结构设计要点。
The paper creates the three-dimensional model of the drive pulley of the belt conveyor by means of Pro/E, 3D CAD software. Also, it uses the finite element analysis software Abaqus to carry out the static load analysis of the pulley and obtains the load and deformation conditions. Through the modeling, calculation and verification for the drive pulley, this paper summarizes the distribution law of the stress and the strain, and presents the key factors of the structure design of the drive pulley.
