摘要
应用有限元分析软件对带式输送机传动滚筒进行静力学分析,得到其应力和应变情况,并通过对加强环厚度的变化分析,总结出加强环对滚筒受力时应力、应变的影响及变化规律,提出加强环的设计要点。
Uses the finite element analysis software to carry out the static load analysis of the drive pulley and obtains the load and deformation conditions. Through the analysis on reinforcement ring thickness change, the paper summed up the effects and distribution law of the stress and the strain, as well as presents the key factors of the structure design for the reinforcement ring in drive pulley.
