摘要
目的:观察枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法:选取186例黄疸新生儿为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为观察组与对照组各93例。对照组给予间歇性蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效、经皮胆红素水平、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组经皮胆红素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IgG水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸可提高治疗总有效率和IgG水平,降低经皮胆红素水平,效果优于单纯蓝光照射治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines combined with blue light irradiation in treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:186 neonates with jaundice were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the coin tossing method,93 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation,while the observation group was treated with combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects,the transcutaneous bilirubin level,the immunoglobulin G(IgG)level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of transcutaneous bilirubin in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IgG in the two groups were higher than before the treatment,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,during the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can improve the total effective rate and the IgG level,and reduce the transcutaneous bilirubin level.Moreover,it is superior to single blue light irradiation treatment.
