摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄联合间断蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法简单随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月丰县人民医院收治的新生儿病理性黄疸100例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分成两组,各50例,对照组采取蓝光治疗,观察组采取蓝光联合茵栀黄治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候评分、血清胆红素水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组疗效为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.640,P=0.031);治疗后,观察组的血清的中医症候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的血清胆红素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组的不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液联合间断蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症可提高治疗效果,促进胆红素排泄,改善临床症状,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang combined with intermittent blue light treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 100 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice treated in Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were simple and randomly selected as the study objects,and were di⁃vided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light,and the observation group was treated with blue light combined with Yinzhihuang.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,serum bilirubin level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.640,P=0.031).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the serum in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum bilirubin in observation group was lower than that in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral combined with in⁃termittent blue light irradiation treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the excretion of bilirubin,improve the clinical symptoms,and have high safety.
