摘要 三维激光扫描技术在汽车钣金件测量中的应用越来越普及,它通过扫描出待测钣金件模型,将模型与产品数模做拟合对比分析,便可直观得出钣金件整体尺寸偏差状态。首先介绍了三维扫描技术在汽车钣金上的运用原理,然后分析了三维激光扫描技术应用实例,最后重点研究了与传统专用检具对比三维激光扫描技术的测量优势。 The application of 3D laser scanning technology in the measurement of automotive sheet metal parts is becoming more and more popular.By scanning the model of the sheet metal part to be measured and comparing the model and the digital model of the product,the sheet metal can be intuitively obtained.The overall dimensional deviation status of the piece.At the same time,this technology can efficiently measure parts with a size between 0.1m and 10m and made of any material.It is not affected by the working environment,flexible in operation,and high in measurement accuracy(up to 0.020 mm).This article will introduce the principle and application of the 3D scanning technology,and focus on comparing its measurement advantages with traditional special inspection tools.
