摘要
台架耐久试验是快速验证制动软管生命周期内耐久性能的最有效的一种方法,在三维空间内完成搭载。本文采用三维激光扫描技术获取台架工装的点云数据,再将扫描数据与设计数据进行拟合,分析两者之间的尺寸差异,从而实现对台架耐久试验搭载准确性的判断。
Bench durability test is the most effective method to verify the durability of brake hose in life cycle quickly,which is installed in three-dimensional space.The paper obtains point cloud data of the bench tooling with 3D laser scanning technology,and fits scanning data and design data to analyze size difference between them,to determine installation accuracy of the bench durability test.
