摘要
根据汽轮机叶片的结构特点,针对加工和检测中的难点,阐述使用UGNX 8.5软件的多轴加工功能对汽轮机叶片进行刀轨规划、生成、仿真以及后处理的方法。使用三维激光扫描技术对加工完成的零件进行扫描获得点云数据文件,采用逆向软件Geomagic对点云数据进行处理,输出曲面模型,进而与叶片理论模型进行整体匹配,从而检测零件是否满足设计精度要求。该加工与检测方案实用性强,具有一定的参考价值。
According to the structure characteristics of the turbine blade,aiming at the difficulties in processing and testing,the method that the multi-axis machining function of UGNX 8. 5 software was used to make tool path planning,generation,simulation and post-processing was expounded. The 3D laser scanning technology was used to scan completed part and the data file of point cloud was gotten. Reverse software Geomagic was used to process the cloud data,the surface model was put out,then it was matched with the blade theory model,so as to detect whether the part met the design requirements. The processing and detection scheme is practical and has a certain reference value.
