摘要
逆向设计中的曲面重构技术是逆向工程技术中的关键技术,逆向重构的精度会直接影响产品逆向设计的质量。以叶片模具型面精度控制为例,结合ATOS扫描系统,通过对逆向重构过程中每个环节的精度及误差分配进行分析,探讨了逆向重构过程中精度控制的方法,得到了满足逆向重构过程精度要求的叶片模具型面,实现了基于逆向工程的叶片模具型面重构的精度控制。
The surface reconstruction technology in the reverse design is the key technology of RE. The precision of reverse reconstruction has direct influence on the quality of the reverse design product. Taking precision control of the die face of the blade as an example,combining with the ATOS scanner system,analyzing the precision and the error distribution of every aspect during the reverse design process,the method of precision control during reverse reconstruction was analyzed,the die face of the blade meeting the reverse remodeling process accuracy was obtained,the precision control on the reconstruction of the blade die face based on RE was realized.
